Dr. Janice Liao was raised in Stockton, CA, She was raised in the same neighborhood where the Stockton office is. She graduated from Lincoln High School (℅ 94’), and left for UCLA, graduating with a B.S. in Physiological Science in 1998. It was in Philadelphia, PA at Temple University she obtained a D.M.D. and M.B.A. in 2002. She returned to California, residing in Fresno for a year to complete a General Practice Residency at University Medical Center. She worked as an associate for Dr. Kenneth Yi in both Stockton and Tracy offices in 2003 for 6 months before  in Dublin, CA.



Dr. George Shiao was born in Taiwan, raised in Dallas, TX, (big Cowboy’s fan). He graduated with a B.A. in History and Biology from Washington University in St. Louis in 1995. In 1999, he earned his D.M.D. from Temple University. Following graduation, Dr. Shiao worked in private practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, served as a clinical instructor at Temple’s dental school, and spent the next several years performing comprehensive oral rehabilitation for special needs patients at Special Smiles in Philadelphia. Dr. Shiao moved to California, practicing in the Bay Area shortly before marrying Dr. Liao in 2004. Dr. Shiao is also a clinical faculty member at the UOP School of Dentistry.
